These are the problems that I know about. They fall under one of the following headings and wherever possible I will try to let you know which one is applicable to which problem:-

• Beyond my control as they are universal problems
• I am working on a fix for the problem - so please bear with me.
• Known bug in one of the programmes that I am using - waiting to be able to upgrade - so please bear with the programme developers.
