To celebrate St David’s Day we are holding a Welsh Week next week, a week of Welsh art, food, music and culture.

An exhibition will open on Sun 1st March, showing 8 brand new prints by acclaimed artist John Knapp-Fisher, who sadly died at the weekend.

Also on display and sale are works from welsh artists, Adam Buick, Hugo Colville, Paul Crofts, Denis Curry, Peter Daniels, Annette de Mestre, Erica Frances, Penny D. Jones, John Kelliher, Nick Kinver, Linda Norris, Ro Rogers, Alice Tennant, Lyndon Thomas, Steve Wilson and Darren Yeadon.

On Wednesday March 4th while viewing the Art Exhibition, there will also be a performance of enchanting Welsh harp music by Carys Hughs.

Thursday evening will see forager and restaurateur Ed Sykes taking the audience through fine ingredients foraged from the ancient Welsh woodland in Pembrokeshire.

The weeks finale on Friday March 6th, will be the book launch of Carwyn by Alun Richards. New in the Library of Wales, a classic book about this iconic Welshman “One of the most readable books on rugby.” – The Times.

All week Brand Exchange will be serving wine provided by Monnow Valley Vineyards and a selection of Welsh specialties.
